Baffled, the surfer's girlfriend searches through obscure clues and oddball dudes, trying to locate her missing lover. She eventually discovers the Blackwater Warden with a Wiki-Tweaked personality.

The warden fixates on malevolent morbid justice against his bubbled-up captives.
